Corduroy Cutie December 1, 2010 – Posted in: Family, Sewing
Don’t forget to enter my giveaway!!!
When I was making the yoga pants for Chloe, Sofie kept asking if they were for her. And when they went on Sissy’s little behind for pictures, Sofie cried and cried about it. So I immediately started on a pair for her.
I picked up this wide wale pink corduroy at JoAnn’s for $3. I didn’t want to make her plain pants, so I made up this patch pocket as I went along and I love the effect!!
I lined them with cute bird fabric that I can’t get enough of!
It’s a dark, cold, gloomy day, so I had to bribe her to model for me. Left over George bubbles from her birthday did the trick!
But it backfired a little!
I’m off to mop the floor since Sofie was gracious enough to provide me with the soap!

These are so great- the fabric in the pockets is precious! I can only imagine what kind of adorable appliqued shirt you could make with that fabric! And I have to just say that your little girls are the most adorable little ones I’ve ever seen! So beautiful!
